KHARTOUM - At least 15 children were killed and 10 injured in a drone strike on a displacement camp in Sudan earlier this week, the United Nations said on Wednesday.
“At least 15 children were killed and 10 others injured in a drone strike on a displacement camp in Al Sunut, West Kordofan, on 16 February,” the UN children’s agency (UNICEF) said in a statement
. “We are seeing similar disturbing patterns from Darfur, with people killed, injured, displaced and cut off from essential services,” said UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell. AFP
